Strategy: Once you hit my pound, when I
see Help Desk requests come in from you,
I promise to create the tickets within an
hour.

everyone all the time anyway?!

Strategy: I will come over and make you
watch a sports game on t.v. my way. With
yelling and screaming and jumping up and
down for the whole 3 hours and more if
there is overtime. Seth said this will let you
have fun moving around and losing the
pounds.

Strategy:I will come get you whether your're working
or not and we will go meditate. Losing weight isn't all
physical work--its also mentally challenging. Making
peace with yourself and your daily stress will help you
get ready to lose the next pound. Once every week
after reaching my pound, I will see if you took time for
meditation until you reach the goal. Remember the key
with balancing all of this is to use physical and mental
strength.
