and is not meant to encourage anyone to tackle a weight problem in the same way that I have (but you can ask your doctor, I think he or she
might tell you it's a decent place to start).
Through the loss of the the first 100 pounds I did not count calories. I did not count carbs. I did not count fat grams. I did not measure nor
weigh portion sizes. I had a lot of weight to lose so the following changes resulted in a loss of 100 pounds in one year's time.
The definitions here are guided by my own personal experience, not intended as advice. You'll notice the next 100 is pretty much exactly the
same as the first 100, just more of it. The one notable change is the addition of resistance exercise.
