| This is the chart that started the whole crazy thing (right Clover made the original sticker chart to track my progress. only moving forward One important thing that we all agree on about the chart is that we do not take stickers off of the chart. The changes I've made are meant to be for life. If I slip back a pound or two, I just wait until I recover and continue. I figure I have the rest of my life to do this. |
