This is where you can make your pledge online. I will personally verifiy
each submission so only serious pledges, please. I will not post a
pledge on the site or include it in the total if I can not verify your contact
information.
Remember, you're pledging the dollar amount of your choice for my goal
pound of 200. I will not see a dime of this money. Every penny collected
will go to the clinic and any administrative costs incurred while attempting
to collect the pledges I will pay for out of pocket.
It seems very appropriate to collect resources for a clinic which
specializes in treating illnesses and improving the overall health of
children (and adults) through exercise therapy since so many life-long
weight issues begin in childhood, as mine did.
Please be generous and remember you are helping me get to my goal
and you're helping a very worthwhile organization at the same time!
Please feel free to pass this on to your friends and family as well.
Remember, if I don't get to the goal, you don't have to pay the pledge
(yeah, right, don't count on it!)
