Good morning! I hope everyone in the states enjoyed a nice, long holiday weekend. I know I spent some time working in the garden and catching up on sleep.
I also spent a good amount of time on the treadmill and worked out on the Bowflex. I don't think I'm overstating this when I say, it sucked! I hurt in places right now that I didn't even know I had muscles! I've decided, muscles make me crabby. Who needs them!? Yeah, yeah. I know.
As I mentioned in an earlier entry here, we've added more content over the weekend. There is still more to come throughout the week. Look for Personal Trainer Julie's (#154) 6-week challenge to me and an article from Scott (#180) this week. Also, Shae (#123) is planning on becoming a regular contributor with something specifically geared toward kids her age.
I will also be writing this week about some of the new things I am continually discovering about how my body is changing through this process. For example, I went to the movies with my children this weekend which is something I've just not had time to do in months and discovered that when I sat in the seat, no part of me touched the sides! Another small personal victory :)
