Good morning!
I had a rough weekend with two injuries! :(
I'm okay but I'm pretty sore. I am reminded that these incidents (one of them a fall) would have been much worse a year ago under the extra weight. Unfortunately, I've pulled a muscle in my back and have injured my left foot. I don't think these things will keep me down for long, but it should be interesting trying to figure out how to remain as active as possible until I heal.
I know it's Monday but try to have a good day anyway!
