I just wanted to update and THANK YOU for your participation in the KARE 11 interview!

 

Thanks so much to all those who participated in the group shot  and for those of you who could not make it, thanks for your kind wishes and encouragement!  You guys are awesome!  You really don't know how your involvement in this project affects me on a daily basis :)

 

Many have asked when the story will air.  The answer is, I have no idea :)  I was told that we would be called when they know and I promise to send out an email when we get news about it.  I'll also post it on the site so stay tuned!

 

I had a horrible weekend, with continued back pain from my fall but I still managed to push down another pound.  Hopefully this week goes better on the exercise front.
