Good morning!
I've returned from NY in one piece!
Thanks to my motivators who called me to check on me and make sure I had a proper breakfast the morning of the show! You guys rock. I can't say enough about how awesome you are!
I'm pressed for time this morning, but I will be working diligently this weekend to bring everything up to speed on the site.
Thank you to all the people who wrote about the KARE 11 Extra! What fantastic feedback we've received! You guys keep us going!
Special thanks to Jana Shortall and Jim Douglas at KARE 11 also. Although I've not seen the piece, I've heard from so many that it was handled beautifully and that they really enjoyed it. (sorry, guys, I just can't watch myself on TV--too freaky)
I'm off to work where I hope life resumes as normal and uneventful for awhile.
The trip and disruption to my normal routine took its toll on my progress (you may notice there hasn't been any LOL) so I'm back on track with a trot on the treadmill and dirt munching today to make up a little lost ground. I'll be writing about this soon as I think the issues faced with a hectic schedule and staying on track are a common ones that we all face with eating right and finding time to exercise.
