I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thanks again to Clover, Beth and Alessiah for everything they have done on this project.   They are beautiful women who give a lot of themselves to others while asking very little in return.  Their dedication to me  has been profound and amazing.  I'm sure I don't always tell them what it's meant to me.

I'd also like to thank Heather, Libby and Scott for their continued contributions, unwaivering understanding and empathy and for allowing me to "vent" to them anytime. 

And to Shae and lil Brady and uncle Brady for the unconditional love and acceptance that only those who share your DNA can provide. 

To the rest of the motivators, thank you, too.  I can't list you all here but you know who you are.  The selflessness that you demonstrate on a daily basis by getting behind this one fat woman on a diet, astounds me and moves me each and every day.  I didn't want to let one more pass without saying it. 

I hope all of you realize how very fortunate I feel to be living on this planet at the same time that all of you are here.
